20-25% fee. Graduating refund: 75% before 30 days, 50% before 60 days, 25% before 90 days, 0% after 90 days. Due on or before the start date.

Occasionally we will work for a flat fee.

Contract Services

• Contract services are performed either for a fixed total cost, or by the hour or day. Our hourly rate is $150, our day rate is $500.

• Creating recruiting budgets

• Selecting all recruiting tools (ATS, HRIS, job boards, annual contracts)

• Configuring ATS and integrations

• Employer Branding (customizing social sites and email campaigns)

• Creating candidate databases, billed by number of contacts (up to 1M contacts)

• Creating DE&I databases

• Creating sourcing guides / market maps

• Creating and documenting recruiting processes and execution

• Organizing and executing University Recruiting

• Training junior Recruiters and Sourcers

• Training nontechnical Recruiters on how to recruit tech talent
